Stamina Regeneration Penalty[edit]

Stamina is regenerated at a base of 45 Stamina Points per second. The Stamina Regeneration Penalty from armor reduces the number of Stamina Points that are recovered each second. For example, if the Brushwood Helmet is equipped with a -2 Stamina Regeneration Penalty, the player will recover 43 Stamina Points per second, if there are no other influences. For more information check the Stamina Page.
