- This key is dropped by Ostrava if he dies in any of the areas of the Boletarian Palace.
- If you wait until 1-4, Ostrava will give you the key after you've had a chat.
- The key opens the family mausoleum that contains Old King Doran and, eventually the Demonbrandt sword.
